how i got into photography...
I have always enjoyed taking photos for fun growing up and decided to take pictures for people post-college. While doing so, I've met some amazing photographers who taught and encouraged me to invest more in photography. Since then, I've been focusing on family and event photography! Although I do not do weddings, I have done small weddings and have been a second shooter for many weddings.
My main focus with photography is to provide high quality, yet affordable photos. Don't get me wrong - there is a reason why some photographers charge $300-$500/hour! I do see a huge value in hiring an experienced, professional photographer for certain events (like a wedding)!
However, I've noticed many families don't get to have high quality photos due to a tight budget. I get it - you want to capture every moment and every year before kids are all grown up, but that adds up!
That's when I come in - I totally relate with parents/couples who want pictures yet can't afford to spend $400-$1000 a year.
